Japan|Age: 50s|Business5Posted: 10/1/2023烏森口から近くて同じビル内にファミマとコメダ珈琲があって便利です。 建物や部屋は古いですが、ビジネスホテルとしては満足です。ベッドとキャスター付きの椅子が特によかったです。テレビは小さめで映画を見るには物足りないですが、ニュースや天気などを見るには充分です。ただ隣りや廊下の音がかなり響くのと、バスルームが微かに臭っていたことが気になりました。 エレベータは2台あって待たされることはなかったです。 お風呂は女性用は小さめで、でも割と空いていました。部屋の湯船を使うよりラクなので嬉しかったですが、少しだけ外の階段を歩かねばならないところがあります。 アメニティを必要な分だけ持って行くというやり方は最近よく見かけるようになりましたが、宿泊者にもホテル側にも便利だと思います。歯ブラシだけは部屋にありましたが、これも選択でいいのではないかと思います。 サービスは本当に素晴らしかったです。対面はもちろん、電話での対応もとても丁寧でしっかりしていました。また個人的にすごく嬉しかったのはチェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってもらえるところです。旅行者が増えて、東京の主要駅では、特に週末はロッカーがすぐに埋まってしまいますので、駅近で荷物を預かってもらえるホテルは非常にありがたいです。 ホテルのサイトには改善点が書かれていて、部屋にはアンケートがありました。もちろん全てのリクエストに応えることは難しいことと思いますが、設備やサービスに真摯に取り組んでいる様が窺えて好感が持てます。また機会があったら泊まりたいと思いました。この度は大変お世話になりました。

新橋駅から近く、飲食店も豊富です。都心部で良心的な価格にも満足です。 衣類の忘れ物をしましたがすぐに発送対応頂きました。大変丁寧なご対応ありがとうございました。

JR新橋駅烏森口から近くてすぐわかりました。1階にファミマ・2階にコメダ珈琲がありました。 飲食店は周りにたくさんあります。 最上階に温泉もありましたが、今回は部屋のお風呂で済ませたので様子はわかりません。 部屋は窓が斜めになっていて狭いですが、納得して予約したので気になりませんでした。 掃除も行き届いていて良かったです。 また今度は温泉も利用したいです。

アクセスも便利で駅から近くでした。すこしわかりにくいかもですがスマホのマップで調べれば問題なかったです。 受付の係員さんの対応も親切でお部屋も（狭めでしたがわたしは問題なかったです）きれいでベッドも寝心地よかったです。 １Fにドリンクバーがあり冷蔵庫に無料のお水も置いていただきうれしかったです。 浴場は女性は狭めですが夜中にいきましたので貸し切り状態でのんびり入れました。浴場のセキュリティもきちんとしてました。 アメニティも色々そろえていただいてて歯ブラシ以外は１Fで必要なものをもらう形式です。 あとコンビニが１Fで繋がっていて便利でした。 又東京行った際は利用したいです。

- When serving customers, they use trays instead of handing them over. An ozone (O3) deodorant system has been installed in common areas and all guest rooms. A dedicated machine is installed on the rooftop, and ozone mist is sprayed onto common areas such as guest rooms and corridors at regular intervals to disinfect and deodorize.
