    台風接近のため、当日急遽宿泊を決めました。 急な宿泊にも、関わらず親切丁寧に対応いただきました。 オンラインチェックインがあると便利だと思いました。 また、朝のバイキングも良かったです。

    スタッフの皆さんはとても親切です。錦糸町の駅からすぐで駅隣のアルカキット内にスーパーあり、飲食店あり、ユニクロあり、銀行ATMありで素泊まりでも問題ありませんが、ホテル内にもレストランがあり、今回はホテル内のレストランを利用させてもらいました。比較的大きなホテルなので外国人観光客、ファミリーが多い印象です。東京駅から総武快速で一本で行けます。

    初めて宿泊させて頂きましたが、スカイツリーの見える部屋にしていてとても綺麗でした。 またお部屋もランクアップして下さり、とで対応も良かったです。 もう東京に来た時は毎回ここに泊まろうと決めました。 ありがとうございました

    2歳の娘を連れてファミリールームに宿泊しました。 子どもはスリッパを履いてくれないし、靴下のまま部屋中走り回るので靴を脱いであがれることがまず嬉しいポイントでした。 お部屋の中にキッズスペースがあり少しおもちゃも置いてあるので飽きずに楽しめます^ ^ おしり拭き、おむつ替えシート、ゴミ箱など小さい子連れに大助かりのアイテムがたくさんありました！電子レンジと哺乳瓶消毒ケースも置いてあるので、ミルクを飲むお子さんや離乳食期のお子さんがいても安心して過ごせます！ お部屋は隅まですごく清潔でした。2泊しましたが清掃もきちんとしてくださったので気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 お部屋からはスカイツリーが一望できます^ ^本当に綺麗で感動しました！ ホテルのすぐそばにコンビニやドンキホーテがあるので、何か足りないものやお菓子を買うのにも困りませんでした！ フロントのスタッフさんも丁寧に対応してくださるので本当に安心して過ごすことができました！ また東京に行くときには必ず再訪したいと思えるホテルでした^ ^
