Japan|Age: 50s|Couple4Posted: 4/2/2023部屋はベッドに占領されて、とても狭かったです。長居するにはもう少し広い方がいいです。お風呂は景色がよくサウナもあり満足できました。サービス面はよかったです。 朝食のバイキングは、どれを食べても美味しかったです。

結婚式の参列者の為に予約しました。 参列者の方々は、大変満足してくれたみたいで良かったです。 強いて言えば、結婚式の為に早めのチェックインをお願いしましたら、1600円追加でかかると言われました。他にもホテルを予約したのですが、唯一ここのホテルだけ1600円取られました。 仕方ない事ですが、周りのホテルと比べるとサービスして欲しかったと思います。 あと、駐車場が共同駐車場で満車だと停められないのが残念でした。 いいホテルなのに、周辺関連が周りのホテルと若干ではありますが、劣るなーっと感じました。

1人の宿泊でしたが、本当に快適でした。 新しくて掃除も行き届いているからきれいだし、屋上にあるお風呂も露天ありサウナありで大満足（化粧水だけはお風呂の脱衣所に置いておいてほしかった…。でもちゃんと1階受付前においてあります）。 ドリンクサービスや朝食もとてもよかったです。ありがとうございました。

３月24日〜27日まで宿泊しました駅から徒歩圏内と立地条件はバッチリ ホテルの方の対応もよかったです ウェルカムドリンクも充実しております喉の乾きを潤すには十分でした 大浴場は温泉とまたロケーションもよく大満足のホテルでした 山梨県を旅行するときはまた利用させて頂きたいと思っております

立地は駅のそば、繁華街も近いので極めて便利。ただ車の場合には駐車場がなく、提携駐車場にとめなければならないことと、ホテル近くの道は渋滞しているのでかえってアクセスしにくい。 部屋は狭いが値段からしたらまずまず。見晴らしがよい。必要なものはそろっている。ベッドも腰が痛くならず良かった。 食事は朝食のみ。期待以上に良かった。バイキングで料理の種類が豊富で地元の名物などもそろえ、おいしかった。 風呂は駅前なのに温泉で大浴場、露天、サウナがあり、これも期待を超えたものだった。 サービスとしてはワインのテイスティングが24：00までできるのが良かった。 アメニティは必要なものを自分で部屋にもっていくシステムだが、化粧料など良いものを揃えていて良いと思う。 総合的にコストパフォーマンスが良く、クオリティも良い、おすすめできるホテルと思います。
