Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 6/2/2023「旅程モニター」天空のポピーに行くのに利用させていただきました。趣があり大変素晴らしい旅館でした。スタッフの方の対応もとても親切でしたし、お部屋にキャリーケースを運んでいただいた際も、畳の上にきちんとシートを引いて置いてくださいました。お風呂に入ったあとはお肌もつるつるになり、一緒に行った母と姉もとても喜んでいました。夕食は個室で用意していただきまして、どれも美味しくいただきました。朝食後の源泉コーヒーも美味しくおかわりしました。チェックアウトの際にタクシーをお願いして天空のポピーまで行き、とても綺麗なポピーを見て癒やされました。また秩父に来る際は利用させていただきたいと思います。ただ、エレベーターがなく階段での移動となるので、年配の方はお気をつけ下さい。どうもありがとうございました。

女性限定プランで友人4人で宿泊しました。 趣きのある建物でしたが、お部屋はきれいに掃除も行き届いていて、良かったです。 プランの特典で旅館のオリジナル化粧水をいただいたり、飲み物一品サービスがあったりとうれしい特典でした。 WEBにはアメニティに浴衣とあったので、パジャマを持参しましたが、作務衣だったので、作務衣と記載してあったほうが喜ばれる方が多いと思いました。 温泉はやさしいさらさらの温泉でした。ぬるめのお湯も良かったです。 お食事も夕食、朝食とも大変おいしかったです。 お友達にも教えてあげたいお宿です。 私もまた行きたいと思いました。

1歳半の息子を連れ、家族3人で出陣しました。食事の際には子ども用に白いご飯やフルーツを取り分けていただいたり月齢に合わせた細やかな気配りがありがたかったです。また、夫は旅行前にブヨに刺され足が痛い痛いと言っていましたが、今回の滞在の間中お湯に浸かったところ腫れが引き痛みがなくなったと驚いていました。温泉の効能は個人差があるとは思いますが、泉質が良いのだと実感しております。息子は大浴場も部屋のお風呂もニコニコしながら入っては卵のように艶々になっていました。館内も見所が多くうぐいすばりの廊下を楽しそうに歩き回っていました。子どもが産まれてから初の旅行でしたが万事問題なく素敵な思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました！

モニター宿泊プラン スタッフのみなさんの「オ・モ・テ・ナ・シ」につきるお宿でした。チョットした気の利いたお声掛けが何とも心地がいい。 到着し、そのままお部屋に通されたのもうれしかった。業務的な感じがせず大切にされてるなぁと。 鉱泉につかったらヌルッとした名湯に先ずは驚いた。どんな温泉旅館でも湯につかるだけでは飽きてしまうのだが、サウナが完備されていたのには個人的に納得。わたし以外にも年配の宿泊者が入浴してたが、サウナを楽しんでいるようだった。 夕食で味わった山女魚の塩焼きは抜群の焼き加減で身がフワフワ。料理を演出する器もこだわっていて目でも楽しめました。朝食も美味しい。 正直、お宿はあまり期待してなかったので、それを覆す結果となり恥ずかしさを覚えました。すみません。

Since 2014, all guest rooms and the hotel are non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please use the smoking area.
A shuttle bus will be available at 9:50 the next day to Seibu Chichibu Station and Chichibu Railway Chichibu Station. (However, customers with an 11:00 check-out plan will be sent at 11:00)
The check-out time differs for each plan, so please check the checkout for each plan carefully. [Basically, "Guest room with open-air bath / Japanese-style room 12 tatami mats" is out at 11:00 ** "Japanese-style room 8 tatami mats" is out at 10:00]
"Free pick-up / Reservation system" For details, please check the "Remarks" in the middle of the reservation application! [3 times at Seibu Chichibu Station, 15:00, 16:00, and 17:00] In the case of Chichibu Railway Chichibu Station, it will turn around after that, so it will be a little late.
In the case of our hotel, children over the age of 2 will be charged. Children (infant) from 0 to 1 years old will be free of charge, so it will not cost less than 10%.
Yukata is not provided for children over 2 years old who do not have meals. A fee will be charged for use (330 yen). Guest rooms with open-air baths are on the 1st floor, and standard guest rooms are on the 2nd floor up the stairs. (This is a two-story wooden inn.)
All guests will have breakfast together in the large hall on the first floor (from 8:00 to 9:00);seats will be prepared for each guest.
Dinner will not be shared with other customers (private room or room) Dinner will be at 18:00 or 18:30
[Cancellation fee] is based on the hotel's accommodation agreement, but we will try to be as convenient as possible depending on the weather, traffic, or other circumstances. Please note that cancellation on the day is usually 100%.
